Contiguous parcels are as large as 50 acres and can be subdivided into parcels as small as 2 acres.

Parcels are available with direct waterfront access while other sites are in close proximity to public access berths. Flexible options are available to convey or pipe commodities from public berths to these sites. Port Tampa Bay leases land for up to 40 years, with up to 40 years in lease extension options.
