Tampa Port Authority, d/b/a Port Tampa Bay, is an independent, special district of the State of Florida, and complies with Florida's Sunshine Law and public records laws.
With certain exceptions, Port Tampa Bay (PTB) records are available for inspection by the public during normal business hours at its offices located at 1101 Channelside Drive, 4th Floor, Tampa, Florida 33602. In accordance with s. 119.07, F.S., PTB can copy specific records for the requesting party. Please see PTB Policy - Charges for Copies for additional information.
