Public Records Information

Tampa Port Authority, d/b/a Port Tampa Bay, is an independent, special district of the State of Florida, and complies with Florida's Sunshine Law and public records laws.

With certain exceptions, Port Tampa Bay (PTB) records are available for inspection by the public during normal business hours at its offices located at 1101 Channelside Drive, 4th Floor, Tampa, Florida 33602. In accordance with s. 119.07, F.S., PTB can copy specific records for the requesting party. Please see PTB Policy - Charges for Copies for additional information.

Your request can be made by telephone or email* to request copies of or review PTB public documents. You may also use the form below to request copies. Review of public documents can be made during PTB business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Please consider using this electronic form to help facilitate your equest. You do not have to give your name or explain why you are making a request. You are not required to submit a request for public records in writing. 

NOTE: No fields are required, per Chapter 119, Florida Statutes; however, if you choose to make a public records request using this form, please provide at least one method of contact.

In order to help us provide you the best response to your request, please carefully consider the information that will be useful to you. Very broad requests can take longer to fulfill and may become costly for the requester. 

Review of public documents can be made during PTB business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
